Today was a strange day of fishing. Instead of the non-stop action of 75-100 Fluke with 85-90 throwbacks like we’ve had, we only landed about 25 fish with 5 big keepers and a nice big Sea Bass this morning. This equals big bags of filets for dinner and I would gladly trade all of our normal action to be into the class of fish we had today. It has been a very good summer for Fluke, and a very good year of fishing for us to date. I am just about booked for the remainder of 2011. I have a very limited amount of slots for Fall Stripers and Bluefish so if you were thinking about it now is the time to book.
