I’m still shell shocked by the incredible fishing we experienced today. The video below shows what it looks like when you find miles of Menhaden with schools of Striped Bass balling them up and eating them. We only get to experience this a few times of year and the best part was that Peter booked this trip on his birthday. I lost count of how many fish we landed within the first or second hour of fishing, they just kept coming over the rail endlessly. We were releasing fish by 6:30 this morning and there were also monster Bluefish, Thresher sharks, Whales, and Dolphins chowing down on the bait as well. Today was as good as Striper fishing in New Jersey gets, this was the day we’ve been dreaming of since the beginning of the Spring migration of Bass.
